On Survey Monkey, vote for whomever you choose.

Include the reason why you voted as you did.

Submit the ballot on-line.

E-mail Mr. P at james.parsons@mnps.org by no later than Wednesday,

November 9 at 12PM to confirm you have voted. Look for results

later on November 9.
