| •Saturday, January 28, 2006 @ 9PM ALERT: Meigs won the Eastern Division Tournament Saturday, January 28 at Joelton Middle. Our team's final points standings were 169. The second place team, Gra-Mar, was 136. Those making it to the city tournament were: Matt T. (2nd place), Michael H. (2nd place), Michael S. (1st place), Sam B. (2nd place), Hunter E. (2nd place), Spencer S. (4th place), Sebastian S. (4th place), and Tyler L. (3rd place). Coach Parsons is very proud of ALL the wrestlers and the heart they showed in the matches at the Eastern Division Tournament. The city tournament will be the following Saturday (February 4) at Gra-Mar Middle. The times are the same as the Eastern Division Tournament. Our 57-18 win makes us undefeated for the 2005-2006 regular season. Special congrats go to Andrew R. and Noah M. on their PINS! Congrats on doing a great job Tuesday at the match against East. Our 57-18 win there was great, too. Much improvement has been noticed on our team in January. Remember to work on staying in the best shape possible. Stay lean and mean and ready to wrestle!
