2.   Weights for New Wrestlers

3.   Practiced Double Leg Takedowns, Breakdowns and Ankle Elbow Wrist Control Drive

4.   Live Wrestle with partners

5.   Running around the school (YAY!)

 

Things To Know:

1. The Basics rule over The Fancy Moves

2. Working out on Tuesday and Thursday is a must

3. Keep up with your grades, exercising, and nutrition

4. Fill Out Nutrition and Exercising Charts

 

Reminders:

1.   Bring water bottles to practice

2.   Get WRESTLING SHOES!!!!!

3.   Bring your physical and emergency card back to Coach P, Mrs. Parsons or Chloe
